I want my piece to sound dark, so it's in C minor. It starts off with a solo with a drone and instruments are added in a fugue style. Then it goes into a cannon section that leads to my new slower section. I want to continue with the slower section, adding more instruments. IM not sure where i want to go from there but ill figure it out when I get there.

I love this piece you've started! I'm not sure if it's actually in 3/4 or 6/8, though. Do you feel 2 beats per measure when you listen to it, or 3 beats? The 2nd violin should probably be lower than the 1st, so you'll want to switch them. I think the E-natural comes in too soon - it sounds too hopeful, begin major then. What if you changed it so it was a 4th or 9th, and resolved it to the minor 3rd? I think you have a few time signature changes that would make sense, too - we'll have to discuss that. I love the cello melody - develop it using that same motif!
